I've been to the location several times this summer. Ms Steer is just not warming, inviting (doesn't ask if she can help you whether you're waiting to be called to her window or at her window. Just stares. Asked me for extra personal information despite me presenting government issues identification, doesn't say thank you when transaction is complete) It the convenience this branch that makes me stop here, but her disposition is one to avoid.”
