I've rented from CubeSmart for the past few years, and have had an absolutely amazing experience with the Monroe team. Hutch was our first contact, and has been clear, direct and helpful in all our interactions. More recently, as my life and housing situation have changed, Rob has been patient, thoughtful and considerate, and solution oriented in all our discussions. It has meant so much. I greatly appreciate both Hutch and Rob for all their assistance, and for bringing their knowledge (and sense of humor) to all our interactions. Thank you, guys!

Great operation they have here! Secure, clean, budget-friendly storage units with a property manager that actually cares. In a world where everything is automated it’s nice to be able to interact with a human who clearly cares about the customer. Thanks Hutch! Not only do I have a storage unit for my stuff. I just added a 10X20 unit for my car that I can just pull right in to. Love Cube Smart, specifically the one in Monroe, Connecticut on Main Street—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I first rented a storage unit from 2012-2015. Returning in 2025 was a no brainer. The experience back then was excellent and nothing has changed in 10 years.
Great experience that started with securing a storage unit online. Things changed, so I had no problem cancelling it. And then i had to book it all over again. Staff was just as professional and courteous with the cancellation as they were when i made the 2 reservations.
Using their moving truck was a huge benefit. Very easy to reserve it, pick it up and return it. They made the process quick.
Storage unit was clean and easy to get in and out. Plenty of hand trucks to transfer from loading dock to storage unit. Well lit at night and very clean.
