This is definitely my recommendation for any jewelry store in the area. Everybody that works there is so friendly and so knowledged they even have their own in-house jeweler that can make anything you want. They're so friendly again I am beyond happy that I chose this jeweler to get my wedding band, and I would recommend everyone to do the same.

If you are looking for an honest jeweler who is a master at her craft - look no further because Clare is your girl .I recently had 2 pieces created by her - 1 was a sentimental family owned piece that Clare recreated into a necklace for me. She has a real way with acknowledging the stories that go along with family pieces . She is never pushy in any way & truly honors your price point . She steers you along but lets the customer run with it ! I can’t be more pleased . Bravo Clare & I thank you very much for your expertise and kindness too .

This review is long overdue. I’ve been working with Clara for over 6 years and have referred over 50 of my friends and family to her because, quite simply, she is the best at what she does. She is knowledgeable, friendly, not at all pushy, and makes you feel like you‘ve learned something after each meeting with her. At this point, Clara is family. Really happy with my custom engagement ring. The owner, Clare was able to take a diamond from my grandmas ring and make my ring exactly how I wanted it! Like literally exactly. She even talked me out of designs that wouldn't be best for my lifestyle (nurse life) which I really appreciate. She was really also so patient with my ideas and indecisiveness. It's not the most rapid process but I can guarantee your going to be really happy with your end result. I spend most of my days just staring at my ring. I would totally go to her with my future jewelry needs and refer her to my friends and family.

If I could, I would give 6 stars! I cannot say enough good things about Direct Diamonds. It is so hard to find a jeweler to trust and I could tell immediately the staff here is ethical, honest and trustworthy. The owner, who designs most (if not) all of the jewelry is the most knowledgeable jeweler I have ever come across. You may have to wait because her expertise is in high demand (rightfully so) but it is totally worth it. I gave her my grandfather's ring and she redesigned it into a beautiful pair of earrings -- beyond my expectations!

I went to Direct Diamond after reading rave reviews in a mom group I belong to on facebook, and Oh My God does this place deserve 100/5 stars. Clara is an absolute genius in her field, her store is beautiful and clean feeling, her staff is welcoming, and her jewelry draws you in. She has a hundred things in her cases I didn’t even know I needed. I went in to make something special for myself after overcoming some personal battles, and I have never felt more pampered in my life. My budget was low, I already had all the stones I wanted to use, and despite me being what any other business would consider to be a less important customer, Clara made it clear that she holds all of her customers in equal esteem. She is a fabulous jeweler with an artist eye like I’ve never seen, but far more than that she is a genuine, kind-hearted, better than most human being. I am so glad that I found Direct Diamond Co, I will never go anywhere else for as long as I live.

The owner and woman working during a Saturday afternoon did not acknowledge my boyfriend and I I for 10 minutes. They had two customers already but did not welcome us into the store and did not say a word to us. Very unwelcoming and rude.

Only 1 person able to do appraisals. You can't make appointments with her because they never know her schedule. When they do give a day to call when they know she will be in the Monroe store, you call and they say she out and they don't know when she will be back. Not a way to do business.

karen and cheryl (i think that’s her name!) are THE kindest women- i broke my necklace which meant the world to me and was heartbroken when i was told it might look as though it broke and was repaired but these ladies saw how upset i was and assured me they would try their best to make the repair look natural. when i picked up my necklace it was AMAZING! it looked so natural and beautiful i am in awe and was so inexpensive i would recommend this place to anyone and everyone i meet they are the kindest and most considerate people. 10/10 will ONLY come back here moving forward! thanks guys! ??
