Very happy with our purchase which was exactly as described. Pick up, packing and shipping arranged through Nayan at the local UPS store was seamless with package arriving on the opposite coast excellently packed and in perfect condition. Rosie and Jack have been wonderful in looking at my item and it placing them into the past auction. A good number of items sold well above the estimates given by Jack. Nothing I had listed with them did not sell and the prices paid were very fair and often surprisingly higher than expected. I highly recommend these two and their company. They are both very nice people and will give you their most honest opinions on the items you bring them.After the auctions are completed and the buyers have paid you get paid in a very reasonable time.They have been great to work with.

Made my first purchase from Fairfield Auction through Live Auctioneers. From the moment I was notified that I was the winning bidder, the communication was flawless. Rosie, the owner, responded to emails within minutes, and helped by making an excellent shipping recommendation. The package arrived in less than 4 days, in perfect condition. My Mom died and I was left with a house full of stuff. I had no idea what was valuable or not. I was able to send pictures to Jack and eventually bring a whole bunch of possibilities into the Monroe location. Jack and his wife are extremely knowledgeable and they really know the market. They only took what they knew they could sell and I ended up getting exactly what they predicted ($4113.75). There is no way I would have been able to do anything with these items without their help. They were extremely pleasant and enjoyable to work with

I had a Antique Cobblers Bench to sell for a Friend, Wasn't sure of its value. I email Jack some photos and he gave me a price to sell it in a few Hours. Thanks Jack for your time, if I come across any more items for you to sell i'm calling You up. Couldn't be more pleased with this auction house. Every auction features 500-600+ items of the highest pedigree, covering every area of the antiques, fine art, jewelry and collectibles market. Jack and Rosie are personable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The staff is second to none, always courteous and happy to help. The auctions run seamlessly, with clear photographs and accurate descriptions. As a collector of artifacts, early military, nautical, and sculpture, they always offer stellar items to add to my collection[s]. If there were an option to give them a 6-star rating, I would gladly do so.
