Always has been polite and helpful .A couple of times my special pair of earrings have detached from the lever back and he gladly repaired it without cost . I was most grateful.

Really nice family and had a great selection of jewelery in the store. Went in for repair work and watch batteries. Ended up doing some shopping and they gave us a great deal.
