“My brother in law and I stopped in at 10am as the store opened to upgrade our phones. Within minutes there were 5 customers in the store. Damon, the associate in the store, was incredibly calm, cool, collected and extremely professional and efficient in multi-tasking and handling every customer that was in the store on his own. I hope whoever owns this store and/or is the manager realizes what an asset Damon is to their operation. I’d travel out of my way to get the type of service Damon provided that day.”
“We had the pleasure to work with Krystal when updating our iPhones and verizon service. The Verizon online backend was clunky and buggy, maybe due to having large sales volume, but Krystal knew how to work through or call in for help. Even days later she still worked the account.
Krystal also checked in a week later to see if all was good. Superb service”
