“Wow. Just WOW! If I could give MORE than 5 STARS, I would. I wasn't originally planning on going to the verizon store, I was planning on going to another big brand store, but something told me to try here first. I am soooo glad I did.
I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I couldn't have asked for a better associate than John. Seriously, seek him out! He took his time explaining questions I had before I even asked them. He was patient, kind, well versed and funny. He helped me save money on my bill, my internet, streaming services and also helped me find the right phone and pricing for my son's first phone. There was absolutely no sales pitch or push. Just giving me solutions for why I came in and left me leaving with more discounts on things I was paying too much for. If you want a pleasant and easy experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Again....His name is John.”
“Sister shattered it. Apple Store couldn’t fix it. MT Wireless not only fixed the screen and installed a new battery, but basically gave us back a new phone. Kid happy, parent saved. “I got you” — and they meant it.”

“My brother in law and I stopped in at 10am as the store opened to upgrade our phones. Within minutes there were 5 customers in the store. Damon, the associate in the store, was incredibly calm, cool, collected and extremely professional and efficient in multi-tasking and handling every customer that was in the store on his own. “Well I did a switch over online and I thought I completed my transaction but I didn't because I needed to do the transfer over so I had went into the office in Shelton on Bridgeport Avenue and the two beautiful lovely ladies there help me switch my phones over I couldn't switch my daughters over then because I didn't have her phone but she told me I can walk into T-Mobile and bring the phone and they will complete the switch over for me there”
