“Well I did a switch over online and I thought I completed my transaction but I didn't because I needed to do the transfer over so I had went into the office in Shelton on Bridgeport Avenue and the two beautiful lovely ladies there help me switch my phones over I couldn't switch my daughters over then because I didn't have her phone but she told me I can walk into T-Mobile and bring the phone and they will complete the switch over for me there”
