Another nightmare with this Pharmacy. I believe there are two Pharmacists here, two guys. One, a really nice guy, helpful, explains things and is pleasant. The other guy, speaks with a foreign accent (I just don't recall their names) is the WORST pharmacist I have EVER dealt with. The man plays God with customers. He doesn't care in the least what you doctor orders, he decides whether or not you can have it. (You're not a Doctor Dude, you're a Pharmacist) He's nasty, and treats any customer that uses pain medication as a Junkie. He refuses to explain anything, and when posed with a legitimate question, he can't seem to answer it and falls back on his crap attitude and gives an incoherent answer. If you dare try an explain anything to him, he couldn't care less, after all, he's God and controls your medication and health at that moment. He can't seem to count and comes up with dates and times that make no sense but won't take the time to explain his reasoning. For example...If you are prescribed a ten day supply of medication, to him, that means you can't have it in ten days, you must wait 11 days. When you point this out, he mumbles, tells you you're wrong and basically tells you to kick rocks, he's in control. Last time I dealt with him, he actually got nasty with me and said he REFUSED to allow me to use any of the coupons out there to help save a few bucks and go somewhere else if I didn't like it!!! Just a nasty SOB with a God complex, should really take his partner there as an example of how to treat customers.

This experience was an absolute nightmare. As a father of a two-month-old, I was already feeling frazzled and exhausted hunting to find the right formula do to shortages, when I walked into this store. However instead of finding a helpful and understanding staff, I was met with a store manager who seemed determined to make my day even more difficult. I attempted to use a Similac gift card on my phone with the CVS logo on it to pay for my purchase, but the manager immediately came over and began berating me in front of a, untrained employee. He claimed that the store didn't accept digital coupons, I tried to explain it wasn't a coupon and tried to show him the simple instructions on how to use it as a form of payment. I had successfully used this same form of payment at other CVS locations. His response was to tap his finger on the counter pointing to a sign saying we don't take digital coupons, then he started walking away towards the front door of the store. I asked him for help again, and his front desk employee, but he refused to listen and began speaking loudly and condescendingly to me. Frustrated and defeated, I asked for the name of a district manager, hoping that someone higher up would be able to help me. But he didn't even have the decency to offer me that much - instead, he told me to call corporate and walked out of the store without another word. I left that store feeling humiliated, frustrated, and utterly defeated. I will never forget this experience, and I will never return to that location again.

This is a very well run CVS. The staff is always courteous in the pharmacy while overwhelmed at times is well managed.

I am still shaken by the rudeness of the store manager who was on duty Monday 3/28 @6:38pm. I will highlight that the pharmacy customer service was exceptional and the cashier there apologized profusely about how unnecessarily rude the manager was when trying to sort out pricing on the vitamins. As a Monroe resident this has been my go-to since switching from Walgreens. Although pricey for some things this CVS location became my favorite. I felt bad for the cashier who asked this manager for help with a price followed by the manager slamming the pharmacy door by the register. All of this was uncalled for and without hesitation I let the manager know his behavior was rude to me which he tried to deny. So why would your own employees point out how rude and angry you were AND apologize to a customer. It is because of the politeness of that cashier that I made my purchase. Please provide refresher training for management.

I mainly go to this CVS to order my prescriptions. The biggest complaint I have with CVS, I wish they would stop printing out those coupon receipts...super long receipts and very wasteful and I never use CVS coupons. Their discount prices doesn't make a huge difference in savings...

Stay away incompetent unprofessional and horrible service. I get texts saying my prescription is ready when it's not I get email receipts for prescriptions that aren't mine they ran the wrong medication through my insurance. Every interaction I have had with this pharmacy is a nightmare unfortunately I have CVS Caremark as my prescription carrier and am financially penalized if I use Rite Aid my long time pharmacy who genuinely CARE about customer service satisfaction and safety. Frustrating and unacceptable is all I can say they really don't care at all

Shame on you CVS. Needed to purchase my daily face cleansing product. It was 40% more then Walmart. You need to stay competive, no coupon offered would beat Walmart. Guess I will not be in your stores any longer to make any purchase.

Rough time with pharmacy customer service. The store itself is beautiful and clean and super organized. The pharmacy staff could care less if you need your scripts. The registers went down and instead of making use of the drive through register (the one and only working register) they proceeded let us all wait for the front registers to come back on. No apologies or thoughtful ways of helping the client. Not sure if they were overwhelmed as this location offers flu shots as well or what. There is a big parking lot and we won't be back to this location Nice thing is they do offer a drive through pick Up of your scripts

I agree with the comments about the pharmacy. They make careless mistakes and when you complain, they blame you as the customer. I don't have access to their computer so how did I mess up the prescription status and price?

Worst customer service I ever received! The pharmacist along with the staff have no idea what they are doing. Twice in a row they told me that my medication wasn't in stock, after me calling both times ahead of time and someone telling me they carried the medication and it was available . Both times after me complaining, the medication magically appears! Then I call and someone tells me it's too early to pick up my prescription, meanwhile I'm holding my prescription and it's exactly 30 days from when I last filed it. Get it together ! Either the staff doesn't know what's going on or they discriminate against people who are a controlled substance.
