I dropped off and paid in advance for a wool blend blazer and a very nice velour and polyester blend dress with a draw string waist, which consisted of at least 15 slots to loop the draw string through. Before leaving the establishment , I checked the dress and saw that only 2 of the eyelets had the satin draw string in place and asked the lady at the counter (who said later she was the owner) if she would put it back in place, the way it was when the dress was brought in. Rather than look at the dress and check the area she pointed and said it was there, and it was, but it was not in all of the slots on the dress. I showed her all the slots that the string was not placed in. She took the dress, never said a word, walked to the back with it and corrected the problem, and brought the dress back to me. Very dry and unfriendly. I must say, I live around the corner and will not be bringing anymore items due to poor customer service and carelessness.

Monroe cleaners is awesome! It is family owned and they are always there working very hard. Their dry cleaning service is great and reliable turnaround. It seems that the mom and daughter team works really well. They offer tailoring and I will certainly come here first if I need any altercations in future. Highly recommend
