M&T is the worst. Even worse than Peoples. I haven't tried to take money out yet. It took 15 minutes with the teller to put money in. On-line is not good either. Trying to sign in to my account on line required a verification code sent to my phone. My profile has the correct phone number yet I did not get a text. Tried twice, still no text. Called customer service and there is no option to speak to a human. If you push it far enough it offer the opportunity to speak to a person (I think) but the wait time was 41 minutes. Clearly they don't care that they are providing bad service. I wonder what they did with the personnel that I have known for years?

If you want to be ripped off and stolen from, then you should bank with these jerks. Monroe turnpike location is full of lazy old bitches, they froze my account just because I copped an attitude back at the old b**** who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her because she was playing a game on her phone, I stood there for 5 minutes with no line untill she finally picked her disgusting wrinkly face up and says "uggghh next?" In a shitty tone....as for banking I've had nothing but issues , I hey always over charge me and take months to fix it but this time that old b**** crossed the line amd I'll be filing many complaints ...I'm no Karen trust me, but it really is b******* how they screwed me over today because of something personal super unprofessional

Tellers don’t do their job, and makes you wait because there is apparently no one else that can deposit your check. Yet there are 4 other employees just wandering around acting like they are that busy. A joke.

Peoples Bank now is NOT the same Peoples we grew up with. This branch is not the best for sure. The tellers are polite and somewhat nice, but as with most Peoples Banks these days the staff is untrained and ill equipped to perform their jobs. I feel bad for the tellers.

The worst...I made a previous visit to this branch's drive-up window and the teller had forgotten to give me cash back. Fortunately I remembered this a few minutes after leaving...I drove back to the drive up and had to wait approx. 5 minutes for her to get off the phone (while she's sitting in the window) and finally make eye contact with me to say "Oh yeah, I was hoping you would come back". Most recently, I pulled up to the empty drive-up window (typical) and had to wait 4 minutes (which feels like an eternity) for someone to appear. This happened after pressing the buzzer a few times. UGH...just thinking about this bank makes me aggravated and wears me out...I need a chamomile tea and a nap!
