Had good reliable service while I was a customer and was able to get my refund for the last month when I was mistakenly billed.

I rented a much larger space then I needed at first and after a few months I decided to down size and was able to get the first month on the smaller unit free which was great. Just make sure you keep your payments on time or it can become a pain in the butt.

This is a good storage facility. Ed is a very helpful and polite person. He represents the company with impeccable professionalism and respect for others. The units are clearly marked and easy to find. The prices are competitive but fair given the area. Honestly, no complaints.

So lucky I found storage center in Monroe!
Not only were, they priced very fair, but they are climate controlled ,very clean, easy to get to, and then easy to navigate to my storage unit.
To my surprise, they had carts available that I could load and move my items.
Top that off with a very friendly staff and why would you choose anywhere else?!
Looking forward to referring everyone I know that needs storage.
