I've gotta say this store is nearly perfect. The staff and pharmacy folks are always friendly and helpful and offer a nice hello. The signage is exacting making it easy to find things. The shelved items are straight and visible. Cleanliness is above and beyond expectations. I feel like pulling up a lounge chair and reading a book in the isles. So muck better than Walgreens, which sucks and most cvs stores.

I have to say, overall the customer service in the whole store is great + friendly, but the stand out is the pharmacy. As a vet hospital owner, I’m frequently calling in meds for pet friends ~ and I’ve never been kept on hold for more than a minute if they ~ and the techs and pharmacists are extremely friendly and are quick to fulfill orders. This, I can assure you, isn’t the case with other pharmacies. Really impressed with Rite Aid, and try to steer our families here for their prescriptions. You guys rock, and make our job so much easier; thank you!

Kudos to Rite-Aide on Main Street in Monroe, CT. The store was clean and organized with some great sales. The Associate was so helpful and friendly and made you feel welcomed.

The Rite Aid Pharmacy at 435 Main St., Monroe, CT, is well run, always has an excellent stock of merchandise and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am always impressed when I go to this pharmacy! The store is clean, organized and fully stocked. The employees are always there to help you and go out of their way. Let’s talk about the pharmacy now. I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else. My meds are always stocked for me, the level of customer service is the highest I can ever experience. Theresa, Tyler and Pam have been there for a long time and always greet me with a smile and know my name when I head over. If I can’t get there they will deliver my medicine for free and always on time. I have dealt with other pharmacies in the area and even though they are close to me, I would rather drive much further for Rite Aid. Besides, the other pharmacies don’t compare to this level of care, support and service! Thank you Rite Aid for providing me with the best possible care!

This used to be my favorite store and pharmacySuddenly have cut their pharmacy hours from 10-6 Monday to Friday.Regrettably transferring to CVS across the street. I hate CVS but at least their open when I'm not working

One of the best pharmacies we work with. The people who answer the phones are always friendly, hold times are minimal or non existent, and it's always been easy to speak directly with a pharmacist or tech when needed. Their standard of service makes our job much easier!
