Row House Monroe is a great place. The coaches are terrific, supportive, knowledgeable and patient. I love the early morning class option so I can go before work. A great way to start the day. Give it a try...you'll be glad you did!

I love RowHouse !! Its way more than a fun workout, its a community and a team :-) I love that they're always doing something to make the class feel special, whether its a Themed Row, a Benchmark, or hitting a Milestone and getting a shout out in class! The coaches are so personable and they make class a blast. Also, the staff is really easy to communicate with since you can text w/ them, and they're helpful in making sure you notice discounts and events and everything. I hiiighly recommend RowHouse, even for people who don't usually do group fitness classes

This is a great gym- class size is limited and you register/choose your rower in advance via the app. Instructors are very motivating and the classes seem to go by fast when your rowing away. There’s modifications for all fitness levels too.

WARNING! If you want to try the classes DO NOT listen to their sales pitch; ONLY sign up for the intro month. Like Jess, I was told in store by the employees that I could cancel my subscription anytime. I was talked into adding the "soft opening" membership to my intro month as to lock in that amazing price. After the intro month proved to not work in my favor, I cancelled my plan. After confirmation of the plan cancellation on June 30th, I was charged July 1st for this month AFTER stating I wanted to cancel. This was the BS that was sent to me via email:From the agreement:Section 2: You may cancel your month-to-month membership at any time with written notice given 30 days in advance.Section 4: I understand that my membership will continue to renew monthly until I properly cancel, that proper cancellation requires me to provide Row House - Monroe with a 30-day advance written notice of cancellation ...30-day notice, but yes you can cancel anytime ... um, that is not how it was sold AND the trust I had in the employees ... disappointment x infinity.MOST COMPANIES HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THESE SCAMS ... NOT ROW HOUSE MONROE.

Ignore the negative reviews here-- The Row House is honestly my second home! From the first class, I was addicted, the entire staff is amazing, the classes are fun, they flyby, you burn the calories, you need, and you get one hell of a work out!I went into my first class skeptical, however, after the first class, I was addicted. Going to the Row House almost every single day of the week, I've lost over 30 pounds in the past few months! The price for unlimited classes per month is well worth it! It's honestly $200 cheaper to do unlimited classes (which work on the rowing machine as well as doing functional body and weight workouts in class) then it is to get a personal trainer down the street at the gymThe classes aren't only great, but the staff celebrates milestones that you get to in rowing, from 250,000 to 500,000 m, and so on and so on!Schedule wise, the classes are all over which is good and caters to everybody. Definitely recommend, five stars!

BEWARE OF SIGN UP.First off, as a prior rower, I do not recommend. Seems like a soul cycle, you erg for a 45 min class and they keep track of your stats, kinda cool. There was one intro I received on technique upon signing up. In class, I would watch technique for some individuals be poor, and in those classes the individuals were not corrected from what I could see. Technique was not routinely discussed which is VITAL to a machine that can be used so drastically wrong. They play music, the lights dim and brighten, and you erg/ lift some weights etc. not a bad class if the technique was improved. My issue is with the overall cost (seriously just join a rowing club! The water is way more fun anyway)I was told in store by an employee that I could cancel my subscription at any time, and that it was a hassle but I could be refunded if it was the day of subscription renewal. I don’t know if she was new and just misspoke, or what, but this was a lie. I was told one thing, and found out another upon trying to cancel.Left the state, forgot about the subscription. On my subscription date in April, I realized I was still being charged, and called to cancel. Had to fill out a form, but I did. I would be charged for the next 30 days, but then it would be over. Sure. This month, I find I’ve been charged AGAIN, for the next 30 days. After asking for a refund for the place I haven’t attended in months, they said“ "unfortunately he is not going to be able to get this month refunded for you. Although you submitted the cancelation form on April 17th, the charge this month still needed to be drafted according to the cancelation policy" . because they took an extra day to draft the cancellation which is a simple enough form, I’m getting charged another 30 days.Very disappointed in the cost, the lack of technique, and the lack of humanity. 0/10.

I joined Row House in Monroe months ago. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. Very accommodating, helpful, and sincere. I never worked out before, so this was an adjustment. However, the best experience and decision. Thanks for all you do for your clients!

Absolutely love Row House and the community. There are lots of class times that make it easy to fit into any schedule. The coaches and classes are fun and all have their own unique style. Defiantly go and visit and find your new favorite workout.

After being stagnant during covid it took me a while to find a workout class that motivated me, but I'm so happy that I found Row House! The team and members at Monroe are amazing and both have pushed me to conquer goals I didn't know I had, or even wanted, like rowing the half marathon this past month. Even when I'm out of the state, I find myself searching to see if there's a Row House location I can drop into because I love the classes and vibe that much!

Love Row House Monroe! This is the one workout that actually stuck for me, and it's in a large part due to the great staff and class schedule.
