“Our experience at this CubeSmart location was nothing but positive! Hutch was absolutely incredible. He took the time to help us through the entire process and made renting our unit quick, easy, and stress-free. His customer service truly stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this CubeSmart location, and especially Hutch, to anyone looking for a storage facility!”
“You ladies are so supportive! I loved jenine she was so helpful from the moment of my first phone call. This is my first time reserving storage and I now don’t want to go to another location. Keep those ladies at the e main Stfd ct location they are one of a kind!”
“We contracted with Murphy Moving (Brewster location) to make a complicated move out from our Mamaroneck home, after 41 years there. The entire process was seamless, starting with their professional estimator. They packed our belongings carefully. It was a two step move; first everything into storage and a few days later (after the house closing) bringing a portion of our items to our new rental apartment. They stored and staged everything logically to make the two moves very efficient. A PLUS!!”
“I rented a full-size space that I needed to put a few items in and the person who waited on me was James and I have to tell you he was the nicest guy that a person couldn’t encounter with. He was thoroughly detailed. He made sure that everything was working properly the lock he helped me get on the app he showed me all the ins and outs that I would need and he really did a great job and I wanna make sure that he is recognized my name is Dino Carbone and I rented SPACE 2011 in the future. If I should need your services again I will definitely come back to that same location. You have my permission you may post this I approve of this message.”
“Oakdale Self Storage is not only convenient in getting to the storage unit, extremely clean and maintained but also the employees are wonderful and work with on anything you may need. Every time we go there we see employees cleaning and making sure everything thing is running smoothly.

“Great experience! Joanna is super helpful, friendly and easy to work with. I especially appreciated her initiative to make sure we would be happy with our selection by showing us other available options. She explained everything and answered all of my questions with a smile. You can definitely see that she takes her job seriously and cares about her customers. I felt really good about choosing this location after meeting with her.”

“I have been a customer of the LocalStorage in Derby for some time, before it was taken over by LocalStorage. What I expect from a storage facility is convenience and no problems and that's what I got. During the transition to the new owners few issues arose, as to be expected, but were quickly resolved. The customer service has been very responsive and accommodating, I highly recommend LocalStorage”
“Everybody at this lock up location is truly amazing. We have been customers here for over four years and I can’t say enough how amazing management is especially Amanda and how amazing everybody who works at this Business!”
“For Uhaul rentals, in my limited experience, the young man doubled back to let me in early and get the truck rental done, setting aside what he was doing. That's service! Thank you.”
“I had such a great experience with Trumbull Self Storage. The facility is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very affordable. What I appreciated most was how easy the entire process was from start to finish.
Moving is already such a hectic and stressful time, and they made storage the easiest part of it all. The support and customer service were outstanding (we love Jean) everyone was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage and a smooth experience!”
“This is the second time we have used Armstrong Moving and Storage. We are extremely pleased with their service. Everything was handled on time, the crew size of 6 men was appropriate for the amount of items that needed to be moved, and nothing was damaged or broken. It was a freezing cold day in the teens and they still got it done and did it well. I highly recommend Willie who coordinated this move and helped us get this done. He sent an amazing crew of very capable movers.”
“Great place to store your things. Place is extremely clean and organized. The area supervisor has excellent customer service skills. And you can’t beat there membership prices!”
“The facility has a range of unit sizes to fit anyone's needs and is accessible 24/7. There's outside space for large UVs and trucks and they also offer UHaul rentals.”
“Great service, the woman who runs this storage is so helpful! I have lost my key several times in hectic situations and she always replaces the lock and gets me a new key making it super easy and stress free. Highly recommend this business !”

“If anybody ever needs Locomotives or railroad rolling stock hoisted or moved over the road in some cases, these guys are the experts seeing as they have moved hundreds of vintage pieces of equipment. Outstanding service and professionalism with safety being their number one priority.”
“I had an excellent experience with Collegian Movers and I would like to thank Chris and Clemente for the great job that they did! These guys worked really hard and got our move done in a reasonable amount of time. They were pleasant and helpful in all areas, including moving some items around our house. They took great care not to damage items as well. I worked with George to plan the move and he was also helpful and informative. If I or a friend have to move anytime soon, this is the company I will recommend. Thanks!”
“I didn’t have a storage unit here but I helped a friend unload his. The unit was a smaller one I believe but had plenty of space - ceiling quite high so his stuff was stacked high.Easy access into the gated area. Security cameras posted to monitor who’s coming and going into the units.”
“Site Manager Maureen was absolutely a breath of fresh air in this day in age of horrible customer service, she was so friendly and inviting and great to deal with during my hectic move, she worked around my schedule & budget, I definitely recommend this company , and I would definitely use this storage facility again.”
“After another company in Ct said they would need to load our stuff first to weigh it then give us a price , We got a ballpark quote from ELSA at Braun Movers in the beginning which included her guy going to the house and visually looking at the multitude of items that needed to be packed and moved. Their ballpark figure $ was spot on. Their crew of 4 spent 9 hours packing and moving dozens of boxes of miscellaneous item as well as 3 rooms of furniture. When the furniture arrived in Florida as promised we were greeted with another professional crew and they loaded everything into our storage efficiently. In the beginning Elsa told me to forget that other company I will take care of you guys. I believed her and she followed through. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Ed Gawrys jr Florida”

“This location has nothing but great people working there. I’ve rented multiple times from them and no matter who you end up being helped by you get nothing but courtesy and friendliness. After almost 20 years in the auto business they treat customers as if they are selling them a car rather then renting them a U-Haul with no commission and no real incentive to be as good as they are and that’s how I feel it’s always genuine too.Thank you guys. You have been great to us and we appreciate everything.”
