I was there last Sunday, and I had prepaid for gas at the front on a debit card. I had to replace the nozzle and reposition my car, because I didn't expect the hoses to be so short. After doing so, I went back in to the person behind the counter and explained I had pumped no gas, and I needed him to reset the pump to allow me to get gas. Worker had no idea how to do that, or apparently refund my money. The worker claimed that if I didn't pump the gas, I wouldn't be charged for it. I was, because it was a debit transaction at a terminal.
Management doesn't even care enough to train people to do refunds, check a pump's status (e.g. was there any gas pumped?) or solve really any related problem it seems.
This entire experience cost me $20. Thanks guys.

The older man working behind the register on Sunday 6/23 at 3:45pm refused to accept my US issued passport as a form of identification for purchasing cigarettes, saying it needs to be a drivers license. I’ve bought cigarettes here many times using my valid form of ID. I do not drive, I do not have a license. By this man’s logic, only drivers can buy cigarettes, or anything requiring proof of age. We ended up arguing when I told him I do not believe he can deny my type of identification just because it is not a driver’s license. Anyway, I went down the street and bought them from a nicer lady who obviously accepted my ID with no problem. I will never be back here. Also, I am 39 years old.

Stopped here for gas with No problems. Paid inside because i never use the pumps with my card. It was a quick seemless transaction. Looks to have a nice convenience store with all the usual foods, snacks, drinks and car essentials one might look for in a gas station convenience store. Easy on and off rte25. Can get bank in via Judd street safely rather than trying to cut across. The place is well lit, plenty of pain, wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

The store is filled with expired food. Just purchased stale cereal and discovered it went out of date last month. Also recently bought frozen microwave pizza that was severely freezer burnt; sell-by date was almost six months ago.

This location sucks! The person behind the counter today was blatantly rude and arrogant. There are promotions signs all over the store that never ring up when you get there. They just look at say "what sign"? DON'T give your money tho this location!

Been going there for a number of years for milk gas and whatever but over the past year and a half the milk is always sour 70/30 chance you get sour milk.most of the time ready to expire in a few days. The other beverages are room temperature also. the counter people disagree will not take it back.the counter man told me one time I asked about it. just drink the milk faster. the refrigerators are warm in the summer .I will never buy from there again.

Never seem to have good late night experiences here but it's the only 24 hr in my area.Get declined from purchase, use same card to get $ out of atm which costs an extra $3 extra. Then I'm told that there isn't enough change in his til. I ask him to check being pleasant the entire time. $20 for a 7.99 advil. He begrudgingly completes my purchase. I thank him and he just ignores me.Hes just a rude guy

Waited around for over 5 minutes and no one ever came out to the register. Went outside to leave and a like 5 minutes after that someone finally came out and helped the other customer standing around.

I have been a regular customer for the past 15+ years as I live around the corner. I tried to exchange a propane tank because the one they gave me had a defective valve that leaked. The manager advised that they could not take it back without a receipt. Amazing how someone can have a great concept for a neighborhood market/ gas station and then not empower their "manager" to stand by the product that they sell. I will add that I had the opposite experience at the new hardware store that opened in Stepney where they were overly friendly and even offered to carry the tank to my truck. I will not purchase anything from the Food Mart again and now have a new place for propane.

Never had a good experience here. The employees are always rude from complaining and arguing to refusing to sell cigarettes to a 22 year old to refusing to prepay a pump. Everything is over priced and they regularly have moldy food there, including their "fresh baked goods".

Stopped by just for a bathroom, and although useable since we were desperate....it wasn't the best. If you can find another option it would probably be better!
