I go there all the time, morning, evening and noon, and I always meet very nice employees. I've had no problems. I'm just reading about them now. Those who make bad comments about the employees there, fill yourselves with gas. No one is your servant and no one deserves your spoiled bad comments. The only place in the Connecticut area with the cheapest gas and best service. ✌️

This is complete drug haven.
All the kids that work here do drugs. I would NEVER want a drug addict handling my credit or debit card. Space is to small for all the car traffic. Avoid this gas station at all cost

kids work day and night outside pumping your guys gas and there are warning signs on the pump for holds on cards an or errors caused by employee or customer (by accident) worlds isn’t perfect

As a monroe resident I go to this gas station all the time because of the good customer service. On today 7/20/2022 I went there at 5:33pm. The young man, who I believe is new as I've never seen him before, asked me for my zip code which I gave him TWICE. Instead of entering 06468 for Monroe he kept entering trumbull 06611. Due to the entry error the system would not take my card. I shared that this was concerning and asked if he could address the issue and enter the right zip code. He then took another customer so I said I'll just come back tomorrow. I also mentioned the importance of entering the right zipcode. At this time he RUDELY said I can go to mobile across the street!!!Very very unprofessional and should not be representing this Sunoco location which has loyal customers. I plan to discuss this experience further at the management level

We like 'the Dougs' a lot. But Doug Sr & Jr have nothing to do w/the gas part of the station! Not enuf help at pumps. Prices too high. No loyalty. Can't.

Although the gas price was very inexpensive, the station hires very disrespectful individuals. When I went to get gas, today, I had to politely signal a female attendant to walk to my window since I do not have electric windows that I can roll down quickly to communicate with her, simply. This attendant rolled her eyes at me and had a very rude tone in her voice when she asked me what type of gas I wanted and the method of payment that I wanted to use to pay for the gas. I was very surprised that people act in this manner. I wasn't sure if she was having a bad day, but that was uncalled for. Throughout the time, I was kind to her because it wasn't worth the aggravation. I can honestly say that I will not return to this gas station. The price isn't worth it if the workers cannot act as normal and respectable human beings. Such a shame. Find another job if you're unhappy where you are at the moment.
