The Natural Pet Outlet is a very clean pet store offering holistic choices and an amazing selection of healthy pet foods and treats. The staff is friendly, personable, super sweet, very knowledgeable, and always helpful. People actually love pets there. The store provides dog baths with nice stalls and everything you need. There is also a nail clipping service. Customers appreciate the overstock wall and end caps for great finds. Prices are very fair for a fancy pet store like this, with many items cheaper than at the chain pet stores. It is a refreshing alternative to corporate stores, making it always a pleasure to visit.
Love this place! The selection, the prices, the staff, the ease of finding what you need, the dog washing stations, doggie nail clippings on Saturdays, the adoption events, this place is amazing! The only thing I don’t like is that I wish we had one closer to West Haven.

The staff is incredibly kind here and the store has such a great variety of products! My pup is very happy with their toys and food. Highly recommend this spot over Petco to be honest!

Dominick was very helpful in finding me a new food for my dog and I am very grateful I shopped there, along with Brendan greeting me and making me feel very welcome! I will definitely be coming back to this store! 10/10
