We were stuck on the side of the road A good 20 minutes away from Steve .We Were able to pull into a commuter parking lot. Steve the owner left a party to fix our vehicle, so that we could proceed and not have to get towed. We were blown away with his professionalism and the way he treats his clients as though they are family members. I highly recommend. !!”

“Immaculate customer service. I had a problem with my car window where it got stuck midway & wouldn't go up or down. It is too cold out to drive around with my window down. I got to the shop and the staff were very prompt at taking care of my needs immediately. “I've been coming to C & C Family Automotive for all of my auto repair needs ever since moving to the area two years ago and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Everybody there, from the front desk to the lift, is professional, responsible and honest.I most recently had an oil change and a repair of a leaking AC system done before a road trip. This time, like every other time, I got a call from Tony a couple of hours after dropping off the car. He gave me his assessment of the repairs required, their costs, and all of the context I needed to make an informed decision about whether to perform the repair. Having an older vehicle, some repairs are just not worth it, and Tony always takes the time to explain what he did to find the problem, the extent of the repairs, how likely it is that the issue could reoccur, and whether he'd do the repair on his own vehicle.I would also particularly like to point out the speed with which C & C do all of their work - I've never left my vehicle with them for longer than 3 days, even for major repairs. “As a woman going into an auto shop, I usually expect some side eye, being talked down to like I know nothing about cars (which is annoying cause I'm knowledgeable about basics), or feeling coerced into work I probably don't really need. I didn't feel like that at all getting my rear brakes done here today. The guys at the front desk were wonderfully friendly, treated me like a human, and respected my decisions regarding my car.
