Grossly mismanaged with no concept of customer service. Save yourself the hassle and visit the Taftville/Occum location which is family owned and always provides excellent service. This out of state owner employs local derelicts for management and exploits vulnerable people for cheap, hourly labor.

Cashier with red hair during the day is VERY rude . The last 3 times i’ve been to this location i was given the incorrect item off the grill, & I was given a problem like it’s my fault? Every time i’ve been there she’s always arguing or cussing out customers as they walk out, If you’re that miserable you need a new job clearly

I am very dissapointed in management. My kids were excited for Free Slurpee Day and was told the owner indicated he was no longer participating in it due to Many slurpees given today. Mery was kind enough to apologize and inform she would have to charge us. But was very polite about it. I still agree to purchase it because the kids were so excited to get their slurpees. Thank Mery for the 2 stars because I would of given this location 1 star.

On a road trip from the west coast I have heard of this 7-Eleven and the famous employee on the yelp review from TikTok. Kind of disappointed I didn't see her working, but their coffee was good and the employee there was friendly.

Rebecca always kept the store very clean and she made sure that the coffee was always fresh and full for the customers, she made 7-Eleven very comfortable experience she was always very happy, pleasant. I'm sure going to miss her cheerful attitude there no one can take her place there.
