I've had a great experience with All Purpose Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Julia in the office is friendly, professional, and responsive with any questions I may have. Access is convenient. Highly recommended as a hassle free and reliable Storage facility.

I stored my “stuff” at APS for over two years and always felt that it was safe. All of my interactions with the staff were always pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t remember most names but I would like to thank Julia for being so helpful, and courteous, during a recent call. It was a pleasure doing business with APS.

My experience with All Purpose Storage has been less than pleasant. The first unit I was put in flooded when it rained. I moved to another unit and someone tried to open my lock. The placed is trashed from time to time. The gate is never closed so the point to having your unit be safe is slim. The gate is closed at night but open throughout the day. I moved to APS because my previous storage rental increased rates three time in less than one year. I moved into APS in April 2024 and was told the rates would not increase and I just got an email on 9/20/2024 notifing me they are raising their rate to keep up and to improve the facility. What improvements other than greed? The gate doesn't work and hasn't worked since I moved in. Last week I tried to get to my unit and the cleaning crew was parked in front of my unit and didn't bother moving. They used blowers to clean the grounds which blew all the debris all over the unit doors. Clean? no... Scure? No. True to their word? No...
Not even a Disabled Veteran discount.
I give it 2 months and they will raise their rates again. Inflation goes up but we do not get raises to compensate for inflation.
