She makes the shopping experience worth returning every time. I've bought so many blankets, Aruba full-zip sweatshirts, and so much more. The store is very welcoming and super clean and decorated beautifully.”

“Excellent customer service. I had called because I needed a seamstress to fix my wedding dress that was done poorly by another bridal place. I called late at night thinking I was leaving a voicemail. Someone picked up and hung up. I then got a text apologizing and if there was anything they could help with. I explained the situation and the woman said bring it down. What a cute, might be small store but very nice selections. I started looking around before she helped me with my dress fixes. I bought a second dress. Almost made me wish I made an appointment and came here. Also was told about some jewerly I had wanted and I was shown a necklace and I bought that too.
I met with the seamstress. She wasnt comfortable to make the changes I wanted with the month time frame I had before the wedding. I was disappointed but she would do what work she could which was remove the supposed to be sleeves, fix the bustle. For that I was very appreciative. Came to pick up the dress. I saw the bill for a removal of straps and to replace the bustle attachment,85 bucks. She then tells me she forgot to tell me but it has to be in cash. There is an atm down the street. I asked if I could write a check but no I had to leave, go get cash and come back. I was just not happy but it is what it is. Hopefully my wedding nightmares are over.”

“First time shopping in rue21and had a great experience. The manger and cashier was super friendly and helpful. They greeted every customer that came in, and would check on you to make sure you were finding everything okay. I saw a sale on perfume and wanted to check it out! I found alot I liked but decied to go with one for now and will say it is my new favorite perfume! Definitely would go back.”

“I love this particular store at Mohegan Sun!They have a large selection of beautiful items. I recently was shopping and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager “Jeff”..who so pleasant and was especially helpful with finding sizes and styles to my liking! He couldn’t me more obliging and made sure I knew about all the sales etc..you can tell by the customer service of his employee “Victor” that Jeff instills this on his team members and demonstrates a fine example of how to treat customers..which was evidenced by Victor’s willingness to order and ship as well as return any items that i was not satisfied with efficiently and expeditiously…I highly recommend this location!”

“Listen, I'm a middle aged guy so not exactly the target demographic for Forever 21, however, I have a daughter who IS. What I like about the store was that, although some of the items were too revealing for my own tastes, I was able to find several things for her that were flattering AND in good taste in my opinion. Great job catering to your clients, Forever 21!”
“I really like Bob's Stores. This one has the same owner as the Eastern Mountain Sports next door to it. There is a lot of parking. Bob's has some really great clothes and sports stuff. They also have shoes. Service is good. You can find a door between the two stores. They have a cool membership that's free. You get rewards. Rig he now, it's $10 back for every $50 you spend.”
