Over the last year or so, I've lost about $25 in machines at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, most recently one of the Coke machines took a $5 bill because the card reader was broken again. The machine took the bill, showed the amount ($5), when I made my selection, the machine made noise and then nothing happened. No Coke, no change... nothing. This isn't the first time I've lost money.
UPDATE!!
I called the company, I expressed my concerns and told them which machines were the issue. They will be sending me a refund and addressing the problem machines.

Half the time it doesn't authorize card and can't use it. When it does authorize it doesn't even vend half the time so I just lose money. Last time I used one it charged me and dropped nothing, when I used it again it said couldn't authorize.

If i could rate 0 i would..i have purchased many an item from this vending co.at foxwoods resorts. I was charged $2.00 for an item i did not receive. I actually spent $10.00 this last visit!!!The lack of response and care of this Lathrop Co.will no longer be getting my business!!! Shame on you!!!I do not need to ripoff your co.for $2.00...never got my Snickers bar!!!
