Mohegan Sun was the worst place I've ever gone to for a show. They should just stick with their casino, because they are clearly not a venue. It was the Mudvayne/Static X concert, as soon as we walked in & started the purse checks etc., Every. Single. Employee. Was. Rude. Not one smile. Not one hi, have a good night, thanks, have a good show e t c, had my face painted as Sally from Nightmare before Xmas, I was told by a stone faced kid who looked SO miserable and bored that I have to go to the bathroom and take it all off. I couldn't believe it. He was nasty about it too. Every single female looked at you like you were trash, no one working was in a positive mood. It really almost ruined my night but i pushed it away because it was my boyfriend's birthday present. We will never step foot in there again.

I had the best experience in this store! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, they are willing to answer any questions I had, I will definitely be coming back to this location next year.

I just visited around 3:35 on Monday July 31 to return a defective bottle of super milk i bought last week for over $45. The sales person was extremely rude because I didn't have a reciept even though I told her I had the card I bought it on as well as the credit card statement. I had no intention to return the product as I have purchased for years from lush and never had a defective bottle before. As a tribal member I expect more. Needless to say we won't ever be back due to the disrespect. We used to have a lot of faith in this brand but defective products plus rude service plus being 8 months pregnant and having to bring my young kids back in to make an exchange is just too much. We expected more and deserve more for the price we pay for these products. It's really unnecessary and unacceptable to treat people rudely. Sorry to be former customers.

A small but mighty LUSH! The employees are very knowledgeable about the products, which is great if you're new to the brand or want to chat about favorites. I also appreciate that they can make sample sizes if you want to try a product before buying a full size. Always a fun and inclusive store to visit.

The two young men Codie and Max that work there were both absolutely fantastic! They were extremely knowledgeable about all of LUSH products, they were very helpful in recommending products based on my likes and dislikes of scents and textures and most importantly they were so personable and didn’t make you feel like they were pushing a sale. Loved these two young men and looking forward to trying out my new LUSH products!!

Lush will change your entire bathing experience... I can't begin to tell the multiverse of smells, textures, moisturizers, face masks, bath bombs, Eye Masks... It's unreal ... The best place for gifting or just finding something amazing for bathing, hot tub time , or just the plain old bath tub‼️For Men Women and My kids absolutely love this spot...TRY A SCRUBEE??️?

I believe her name is Jessica, I love this store and I love her? I’ve been to Lush close to my house and I hate it. I make my fiancé drive an hour to the casino just to go to this lush and stock up. I was really sad because we couldn’t find my let the good times roll anywhere so I call my favorite store, and she goes “we’re getting Sticky Dates tomorrow and we have the let the good times roll lotion” she put it aside for me, we woke up at 9am to get here when they open. She knew exactly what I wanted and exactly why I got the scents I did from Love Island ? Regardless of this experience, this is the only Lush that goes out of their way to make sure you have the full on luxury try it in store smell everything experience. It’s nice to come in to a store where they share your love, excitement, and craziness over products you feel like you’re being helped by a best friend.

Went in last night... was helped by a very pretty girl with long black hair...she was very patient with me as I am 64 and was looking for a different lipstick.. I found it there and will be ordering again.. 2 very nice girls in there.. happy customer here!!!

Every time I stop by for a sample of lotion after the casino bathrooms dry my hands out , the workers are so kind and helpful! I have purchased a few things too and everything always smells great!
