“Called and spoke with Chris because for 3 months running my bill has been incorrect due to wrong budget amount. Last month I spoke with Joan who Said she'd fix the error. Alas the error stayed on the bill. Chris said she fixed it this time and I am hoping it is permanently fixed. DDLC is always helpful and I've been with them for over 30 years. I hope to continue.”

“I had two new tanks fitted on Friday, April 14. I was the first call of the day and was told on the phone the new tanks would not take long to fit. However, the engineers doing the job realized there were several leaks and some other things wrong. They stayed until the job was complete, way longer than anticipated. Both engineers were polite, helpful and explained everything to me. I live alone and have little knowledge of anything propane, so this was really considerate! One engineer was Stephen, I am unsure of the other engineers name? I would highly recommend this company.”

“I first became a customer of Advanced heating oil about 10 years ago. They were the least expensive and had fast service. Then the unexpected happened. I wasn’t paying attention to the tank level, and we ran out of oil. Even though we couldn’t get a delivery for a few days, they sent a driver with 50 gallons so we could have heat and take hot showers while we waited on our delivery. Their kindness meant so much . So when we moved back to CT, I knew I wanted to use Advanced heating oil again. Early this week I did it again. The tank was on E, and a huge snow storm coming. I called for a delivery but it would be a few days wait with the storm and weekend coming . So I did everything I could to reduce the need for the furnace, and oil use and hoped for the best. But this morning I noticed the tank was full. They must have sent someone yesterday, even though I don’t believe they are open on the weekend. This company seems to care about their customers more than most I’ve dealt with in the past, and I’m grateful for their kindness.”

Spicer was AWESOME and signed me up, got me delivered with new tanks same day. Nice people and actually seemed to care about me as a customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
