After being on the store for 20 minutes someone finally offered to help me, she came by showed me a product line excused herself and never came back. Then I told another associate nice, she left me here never came back and see her helping others. I had planned on making a rather large purchase. As I was leaving she reappears and asks if she can help. I told.her I was leaving. Never will I shop.at this store again. Very disappointed.

I love this Sephora! It’s my favorite! There is so much to offer and the staff is so kind and helpful! I definitely recommend!

I was doing some shopping for early birthday s and myself, and i started using the samples that everyone uses to try the product. When immediately after I use it on my hand a woman comes and looks at me with disgust and says “which one did YOU use” and i point out the already opened sample, and she grabs it and says “we have to throw this away now.” I never felt so embarrassed at a store for something that all customers do, why did you make me feel targeted? Is it because of my skin color? I hate myself for not catching the person’s name, I was shocked when it this happened. So thank you Montville for making me feel like a criminal for trying the samples that are meant to be used. I will never shop at this store and much rather take my business and elsewhere and as my husband is military, I thought I could feel comfortable shopping at chain stores, guess not.

She totally deserves a promotion for going out of her way for helping me out. It was a fantastic experience meeting her , not a lot of people can find my skin match except her. It was my first time at this location it was completely packed. Being in my third trimester haven't been out shopping for myself lately. This was wonderful to have great customer service, she was a overall achiever and a multitasker with great communication skills. Especially in high volume of people in the beauty industry. She listens to what the customer wants and provides what you need and pushes promotions. That is a hard work was much needed and will never be forgotten! Thank you Luwani 🌸 keep being the amazing person you are 🥰🥹💯 don't forget this she's a team player!!!

First they lied about having a highlighter in stalk that we soon later found in the drawers these workers do not care about you and today no one came to open the store it was meant to open at 11 and I'm still waiting while writing this review and it is currently 11:15 I do not know the workers name but she was very rude about my return and double charged my credit card please save your money and don't come here

Tara is amazing! She made me feel welcome. It was my first time there doing the facial and wax eyebrows. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. We also had a fun conversation. I left feeling like i made a friend. If you need help with anything make sure to ask for her ?. Thank you Tara

Staff here are racist here nobody came to help me but they came to other customers. Also I’ve been waiting for more than 5minute at the cashier waiting someone to cash me out. They didn’t do anything but gossip. They don’t care about asian. Go Sephora somewhere else

The staff is so great I always love coming in, Sephora is literally the only reason I ever go to the casino my sister and I always love stopping in. The few questions I ever have are quick and easy to get answers to. I wish they had more in store but I know it's a small store

Came to get foundation. Madison on the Mohegan Sun store helped me find the product. We entered store at 755pm. Madison repeatedly said "we're closing in 5 minutes". I knew what I wanted. Wasn't planning on staying all night. Certainly wasn't "shopping" because Madison repeatedly said that the store was closing in five minutes. I asked her if they had a hard stop at 8 PM even though customers were in the store and her response was yes! As a business owner, my customers always come first and WE do our best to accommodate them. Very disappointing. Madison was curt, not friendly and I won't be going back despite the fact that it's close for my make up needs because if this. I'll go to Ulta.
