Mary is the store manager and she is the best! If she does not have what I want, she finds a way to get it for me. The store is gorgeous and the staff is always friendly and professional. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I bought a Swarovski pendant about a month ago, a golden sand dollar necklace. I wear it while working out (e.g. hot yoga) and it still hasn't discolored. I get a lot of compliments on it! My first piece from this jewelry chain. I recommend.

You can expect the same level of customer service from this Swarovski location. Nice selections, when purchasing inquire if there are "specials" going on and make sure to inquire if you can use your mohen sun momentum points.
