I changed my mailing address in August and haven't received one piece of mail since then. They are ghetto , unprofessional, and have poor customer service skills. They should not be paid for something that they are incapable of doing. Fire them losers. I'm sick of itMontville sucks....

Called twice today about a misdelivered package. First woman who answered the phone was very rude, and provided no information other than what address it was delivered to. The second time I called, they said they would contact the carrier and get back to me but never did. One of the worst customer service calls I've ever made.

There are two people at the counter here who have been entirely pleasant, kind, and patient with me. I don't typically go to the post office because I don't typically send much out besides letters, so usually I'm only coming in for stamps or returning orders that I've received. In the past, I've only ever shipped things out with a prepaid label (i.e. Amazon) or internationally. I've never had to produce my own label for anything, so of course I don't know how it works... When someone not prepared or is new to something, the kind, logical, and helpful thing to do would be to explain how it works to the person and help them through the process with a positive attitude. The folks at the counter here, however, just gave me this blank stare and annoyed, impatient attitude when I came up with my box. They said I need a label... Okay, I don't have my own label (now what?). "Do you want this priority label?" Okay sure (I don't know the difference in labels...). I leave my place in line and fill it out. Different person takes me after I wait another 5 minutes in line. "Oooh you want to ship priority! I saw you took the priority label! That's more expensive than if you had your own label." Okay so how do I do the cheaper option?? They hand me a scrap of paper and a pen. I hurriedly fill it out because the staring from the clerk is unnerving and the clerk tells me I need to come prepared next time. Thanks. I get that it's busy but this kind of attitude toward people who don't know better (or don't work in a post office!) makes folks not want to come back if they can avoid it.

unfortunately the hours this Branch stays open are really not convenient for anything other than people that work less than a full day. Maybe they could have extended hours so people can get to the PO Boxes.

Mailed out my significant others (whom is overseas in the Air Force) Valentine's Day care package on Saturday...paid 33$ to come home today and have my package sitting at my door because when I messed up the paper at the post office the girl at the counter said I didn't need another piece of paper to just cross out sender and write receiver and vice versa assuring me it'd be fine...confused as to why she couldn't just give me another form filled it out...so I received my boyfriends care package I dropped off 3 days ago at a post office about a mile from where I live. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed with the carelessness of services provided.
