Well let me see 1 the room wasnt clean throughly at all the beds had human hair all over sheets blankets pillows there was no towels washclothes nothing in bathroom the nitestand and barraw draws were filthy not once out of 5 nights we stayed did they ever offer roomservice at all was being harassed about going to the laundry room to find out about cleaning my laundry was told i cant go anywhere on property except my room which is completely bull couldnt even get anything we asked for then top off when we left for the day we shut off lights to come back to see all lights turned on with the room never even been cleaned up at all which nobody there had any right to be going in my room without my knowledge at all it says free wifi which is also bull because of fact i asked for wifi password thats supposed to be free was told we couldn't have it at all and also staff banging on the door for no reason at all for me to move my car for a plow they had come to plow not even quarter of an inch of snow and had to keep going to the front desk because nothing that was supposed to be tooken care of wasnt done at all and lady that runs the front desk kept calling and banging on door because i took my dog out for a walk that she said i couldnt go anywhere but my room that was rented out and couldnt even make any calls because the phone in room was broken place is beyond a shipshow put it in a nice way of saying then truth but sure you know what i mean

The worst management. Very rude, disruptive, and unprofessional. You definitely get what you paid for, it’s dirty, don’t expect the hot water to work or the heat to work in the middle of winter either! There’s two better hotels in Plainfield that I wish I went to instead of here. I don’t even understand how they’re still in business. I do not recommend, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Needed a room unexpectedly for family emergency nearby, during a holiday week. I glanced at 3rd parties, this is definitely best price around if necessary and ultimately decided to walk in becauseIwas near. Price was immediately matched without having to book 3rd party. While I don't recommend relying on this ever, they also matched a 2nd night when weather unexpectedly turned. Expect what you pay for, please. This was perfect in this circumstance and I will use again if near and necessary. To update others reviews, this specific room had a king bed, full length mirror, microwave, refrigerator, and NO coffee maker. There is a Dunkin Donuts 2/10th mile for those who need before 7am in office. The TV works, it took aprox 10 mins to do what it needed to do while showing error message and no problem since.

You can't beat the price. I was greeted by the desk clerk with a genuine smile. She' was pleasant and efficient. For the price I didn't expect much. When I entered the room it was cozy and spotless. Everything I needed was on hand, comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge and bath linens and toiletries. And free wifi with plenty of electrical outlets for charging. The location was superb. Many restaurants, convience stores nearby. The quietest motel I've ever slept in. I highly recommend.

If “landlord special” was a place to stay, this would be it. I wouldn’t even call it an inn, as food isn’t the focus of this place, just a cheap, dirty room. They know their clientele well, and have spared every expense. Expect a bed you can tolerate sleep on. expect pillows you won’t enjoy sleeping on. The room I was in looked grubby (dirty sink, dirty mirrors, dusty bathroom vent) and didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign, which never ended up being an issue since nobody ever came through to pick up the room while we were out and about. Maybe it’s something I could’ve asked for, but i’ve never once had to ask for it in my stay at any other hotel. There was also severe water damage to a particleboard sink cabinet placed right next to the shower, as all the constant water splashing on it over the years has downright ruined it. There was a nail sticking out of the trim, too, but it just goes to show how rushed they were to make money off of the public, because this nail should’ve been removed, not painted over. Where’s the quality check?
Front desk lady was nice, at least, and it was overall quiet.

Right in Central Village dated, not well kept. Air Conditioning was loud like a combine, have homeless living there on the State dole with allot of sketchy people in and out all hours of the night. Would not recommend.

I like this place because they allow dogs and it's right off the highway but they don't have carpets anymore n the floors were not all that clean, I made the mistake of wearing socks and they were filthy when I took them off, but the room itself was good, they shower was hot and steady, I would definitely stay again just bring slippers ot house shoes lol

My room was disgusting and REEKED of cigarette smoke. There was literally cigarette ash IN the bedside table drawers, someone had clearly used them as ash trays while in the bed. When I spoke to the manager, he insisted, despite obvious evidence, that I was wrong. The service was lousy, the locatuon left much to be desired, the other residents were loud and obnoxious at all hours. I would stay the night in my car before staying the night here again.

We got to the room, the bed dipped in the middle and there was only 2 working lights in the room. The people that was outside by their rooms were shady and I wouldn't trust my car out there or myself.

We came from an hour away to attend a wedding. This location was less than 15 minutes from the wedding venue and it looked decent. The staff was friendly, but the room was terrible. the TV didn’t work and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept on in years and there was no full length mirror - imagine getting dressed for a wedding?, . You can hear and feel the springs in the mattress; The pillows were supportive if you fold them in half. As far as cleanliness, I would rate it a 7/10.
I wouldn’t have minded all of this *as much* if I hadn’t paid $200 for one night stay. It was the last room available and was a “suite” with a kitchenette, but still absolutely not worth $200.

Do not I repeat do not book this hotel online they are scammers the hotel put a hold on my account they said it would get refunded next day and that it was just a hold but come to find out they actually charged my account $100 I contacted the hotel but the receptionist was rude and keeps hanging up on me and they won't give me back my money after the hotel was cancelled

Cute mid-century motel that has been totally renovated. The room was clean and spacious. It has a TV, fridge, microwave, iron & board, a comfy chair, and new bed. The bedspead was really itchy and there was no hair dryer, but everything else was nice. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking in front of my door. Easy access to the highway.

I will definitely be staying here again! The staff people are amazing, super friendly. I got a king room and it was immaculate. I had to pay a small pet fee for my dog but it was very small. And the room didn't smell like animals AT ALL! All wood floors so you know it's clean. I'll definitely be staying here again. I'm having a five-star stay.
