If I could give ZERO STARS... I bought a black 2014 Dodge avenger from a dealer named Troy on 4/19/2023 for $6168.30 & on 11/13/2023 the vehicle BROKE DOWN & mechanic informed me that the repair would cost MORE than the car was worth! When I reached out about the issue, they said sorry sold AS IS! I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CAR FOR 6 DAMN MONTHS! Very bad business!

Excellent service! They worked with me when others said “NO.” They’re different than most car dealerships they don’t keep you there for hours on end and are up-front and honest. Tell them “Marie” recommended yall!

I was approved right away, they even offered to pick me and bring me in instead of taking an uber, They were extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. they answered all my questions and and addressed all my concerns, they were extremely patient with me, great customer service! They made me feel very comfortable about my purchase, I was in and out I highly recommend Elvis auto!

They’re very pleasant. They’re very quick and they have clean dependable vehicles I would do business with them anytime this is my second time only because I got into a car accident. Mine was totaled so yeah I would recommend Elvis Auto five stars.

Bought a 2012 Honda Civic from a salesman named Troy! He’s was very nice , the car has absolutely no problems!! Runs and drives amazingly. Already took a quick road trip to a family’s home out of state. Highly recommend going to Elvis Auto to get a car! Whether it’s a first car for your kid or even a nice new car for you!!

Nothing but issues. Had to return a jeep 5 times cause they didnt know how to fix it right the first time and they lost the title. Switch it out for another vehicle and they had to take it back few times to fix it. They buy cheap old beat up cars and sell the over the blue book price would never go back. They also spray paint underneath all the vehicles to hide rust and anything else. Would never go back there again total trash.
And they also promise you the car will pass inspection. My car failed 3 times until i found someone else to fix it. There mechanic stole money from my vehicle when they was trying to fix it. They admitted to doing it and nothing was done about it. The day I took the vehicle home they never put oil in the car they said they forgot

My buddy bought a 7 months ago from day 1 the engine light was on he talked to several guys in there and in the last 2 weeks they got me for nearly 800 dollars and the problem is still there if he was able to give negative review he would .these guys at Elvis auto are a bunch of lemon sellers all Elvis auto is about is taking advantage of people like us would need a car and credit is not I I would not be surprised if there are more people out there who is having a hard Time with Elvis auto he knows some customers can’t afford to fight him in court so he uses that to his advantage of us He knows he sold me junk he is happy though because he got his money so now I have to put money in a van that I bought 7 months ago and put less than 5000 miles on since I bought it and it has so many problems with this Van I think it’s time for me to call one of the News stations consumer protection because I can’t do this alone they are doing me bad at Elvis auto stay away from them

Scammed my mom with a rotted out car saying it was 9/10 no rot they've had the car a little over a year and now it's scrap. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you plan on getting a new car yearly...
