“The storage facility here is "brand new". It's secured with eight foot tall perimeter fencing. As well as a secured mechanical gate controlled by a PIN pad. There is very easy access to my rented space. I can easily get in and out, while pulling a large enclosed trailler. The customer service is excellent. Tina is the manager, and I can't say enough about how professional and helpful she was while I was setting up my storage area.I would highly recommend this company and their storage facility.”
“The gentleman I spoke with was so nice and very helpful. My monthly payment was late, I couldn’t pay my bill till late at night on the 5th. It said much more than I usually pay so I needed to talk to someone. I am on disability and I don’t get that much money so it would have been very hard for me pay the extra money. I was so happy he could work with me. I will make sure I am not late on a payment again. Thank you for your kindness.”

“We had a great decade long experience with Watertown Self Storage. We feel that the climate controlled ambienance was very kind to our possessions over the years. From clothing to our old records everything seems ok and weathered well over the years. Margaret was a pleasure to work with as sometimes we were out of state and our billing was either late or lost in the mail. Also I would like to say in our 10 association we had only one very reasonable increase in rent.
