“My organization is very fortunate to be able to have our events at this venue & it is just so beautiful. It doesn’t matter the weather, the season, they always do an amazing job making it gorgeous. So intimate & rustic! I want to have a large event just so I can have it at this venue. I wish that there was more parking & it was a little more leveled (not paved). The furniture is all mix matched, which makes the space look so unique. If you are wearing clothing that is thin or delicate, be careful choosing a chair, some of them do not have smooth wood & will pull at your clothes, I learned the hard way, my only complaint.”

“The Litchfield Inn was the perfect place for a short stay while I was intown to try the Arethusa al tavolo restaurant nearby. The hotel has very nice architecture and the suite I booked was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. The amenities are great. We had a whirlpool tub to relax in and plenty of space to kickback and enjoy the electric fireplace. The complimentary breakfast was better than average. I definitely took advantage of the omelet station. The diversity of breakfast options was appreciated as well. The staff were friendly and even offered treats for our dogs. I'd definitely come back. “The business base for this retired bowling alley has slowly grown. And the building is almost completely leased out.The gym, Club 24 has been their since the building reopened, and seems to be doing well. Hartford Healthcare has an Urgent Care Center. They have a Physical Therapy Center as well. There's a hair salon as well.”

“I love the Stampede going for the last few years. Love making a weekend of it. Saturday and Sunday. Hats off to the Civil Air Patrol doing a great job with the parking and the rest of the crew. However, it would be great if you can have security to make sure that people do not stand at the fence at the rodeo. People will go and get their seats early and wait, some of the elderly can’t climb so they will sit in the first few rows. With the people standing it blocks the view. This is a photo of the most disrespectful girl that I have seen. When asked if she could move or sit down by an elderly couple she turned and answered with something I will not post. If that was my daughter, I would have been removing teeth from my backhand and then paying a dentist. Her parents failed and must be proud. Lastly, I know the schedule is online but with poor cell service there, it’s hard to access it. Maybe some poster boards set up around the grounds would be helpful.”
