Advanced Construction has been great with one exception. I recently asked them to replace the front screen door, but haven't heard from them for over a week. I am afraid they will not complete what I asked them to do. The existing door is coming undone from the door fram.

During my mom’s visit from Florida, she had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital. I reached out to David and Advanced to install a new railing in my home so that she would be safe. They did the work quickly and beautifully! I’m so grateful that my mom is safe and that we have a contractor who cares so deeply for our loved ones! Thank you Advanced!

Advanced Improvements just finished roof, siding, gutter and exterior trim work replacements on our house and we love it all. They arrived on schedule each day and cleaned up every evening - no nails lurking in the lawn. We were impressed with the great attention to precision and detail by their crews and super job boss Altin who answered all our questions and made sure everything was done right. Our house now looks great, but more than that we’re happy to know that all the hidden issues in the old sheathing, roof and exterior seams are gone!
Advanced Improvements did a great job on my father-in-law’s house 10 years ago and they’re just as good now. We would choose them again.

If I could give him negative stars, I would the owner would not take responsibility or contact us back. We dealt with Kevin one of the lead sales people there, and he subcontract us and never paid us for work agreed-upon. When asked for reasoning, we was given multiple excuses and false promises and more lies. The whole team is unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend these people to my enemy.

Unfortunately, working with this company was broken promises. We are a contracting company, local, and this company wise I would not recommend them. We provided a service that was subcontracted and was promised payment from advanced and never received payment. We have been more than patient for over 90 days with this company and they haven't even give us the decency of the owner calling us back their salesman Kevin was extremely unprofessional and lied. Every time I did get him to answer. Hope no one is bamboozled by their scams.

Perfect, simple city living for those who are in Lisbon for work or play. Easy walk to trams and parks and the plentiful restaurants this city is known for. It may be a bit boring apartment design for lengthy stays.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. The price your given will never be correct . All the change orders for work are done by a Convicted Felon. Fraud, manslaughter , tax evasion . You name it and Kevin Bialowas(advanced worker) has been convicted of it going back 40+ years. I don't know about you but I don't want anyone of this character anywhere near my property or my family! This Felon is nothing more than a conman! My aunt saved up her whole life to get her dream kitchen done. Kevin Bialowas stole my aunts $60k+ and never did any work ! BEWARE!
