“We were referred to Westerly Coins and it was a great experience. I felt like my questions were answered honestly, everyone was patient and helpful. It was a great experience.”
“Nice primitive selection. Great hutch/bench tables, cupboards, stepbacks. Fairly priced for New England and the Mystic area. 99% authentic prims. Not so sure about some of the "original paint" items in my knowledgeable opinion. Owner full of knowledge.”
“Vintage furniture and an eclectic mix of curiosities await you. Vintage accessories always have a story and this is the place to purchase an unusual find. They also offer home decorating services. To be able to reuse your existing items in a new way can give your room a new look.”
“I've taken part in numerous auctions big and small over the years, with a focus on finding great deals on furniture and rare movie memorabilia...and I have to say these folks ran one of the best sales and pickups I have ever been a part of...auction pieces were well photographed and described, and pickup was an absolute breeze in a situation that could have been an absolute disaster. Small, Single lane road, leading to a single lane driveway to a large house on the water....their pickup was clearly marked with signage, and there were several very professional, competent staffers along the way helping to keep pickup running smoothly. They had walkie talkies to help keep traffic flowing perfectly. Everyone was very personable, and pleasant to work with, which is rare at these auctions. This whole team was just great. Highly recommend!”
“What an interesting place! Betty was very nice and Bella her dog is adorable. There are so many different things to look at. It’s impossible to not walk out with a handful of treasures! Plus she takes Venmo which is awesome!!”
“Fun and Funky Vintage is a must-visit for anyone who loves all things vintage. As soon as I walked into the store, I was transported back in time to my friend's grandparents' bar basement combo. The store is filled with unique and eclectic finds that reminded me of a bygone era.One thing I noticed was the attention to detail in the store's decor. The vintage furniture and decor items were carefully curated to create a cohesive and fun atmosphere. The only thing missing was the shaggy carpet! The staff at Fun and Funky Vintage were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to assist with any questions I had. They clearly have a passion for vintage items and are dedicated to providing their customers with a memorable shopping experience.Overall, I would highly recommend Fun and Funky Vintage to anyone who loves vintage clothing, jewelry, and decor. It's a wonderful store with a great selection of unique finds, and the atmosphere is just like stepping into a time machine.”
“My family and I had a wonderful experience at Mary D's today. My in laws were excited to find a variety of antiques, lots of things that are relevant locally. I had a blast exploring the beautiful china and even my young children with welcomed with open arms, and learned a few things from the kind owners. If you want to support a special local business I highly recommend this one!”
