“This review has been a couple months coming, but finally getting to it! Purchasing my used Porsche from them was one of the better experiences I have ever had in doing a car purchase. I was moving from Los Angeles, CA back to NY and knew I needed a car. I was very specific down to the color, year and model made that I wanted and it took some time to locate that specific Porsche, but I found her! From the moment of my inquiry online, to then emails and phone calls, I was already in the process and getting my pre-approvals done. I had my flight set to come out for a few days in NY to manage a few things before my actual move and fling back to LA before the real physical move, and these guys were so accommodating, generous with their time, generous & understanding with my timing in fact which was super helpful as this move was very stressful on top of purchasing a car at the same time! They handled pretty much everything but me going to DMV and switching my drivers license! Filing the paperwork for the car, registration, license plates, full report and history of the car, their mechanics on-site did a thorough job getting the car inspected and ready for me and when I came to pick it up, EVERYTHING was DONE! It had to be the easiest transaction done during my move. Seriously. Jake, my sales rep was a very considerate, thorough, responded to all my questions, went further to find more info than necessary and still does two months after my purchase. The finance guys were also great to work with and reasonable. As a female, I didn't feel like I was being snowed over with anything. They were transparent and more than willing to work with me to get the numbers to where I needed them to be. The receptionist Darlene is amazingly sweet and thorough as well, a lot of follow up from her. You can tell that this is a family run business and that everyone enjoys what they do working there, together. Eleven Stars for these guys! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car.”

“Awesome customer service! Stopped in make appt to have a bent/sagging step rail fixed. Salesperson came out to truck, took it in, and said he'd fix it in the shop right now. Resituated both sides and tightened them. No charge. Did not even know they have done major jobs for me in past. Always very positive experiences at NE Truck. Think salesperson name was Cody. Sorry if I got that wrong”

“These guys are great the owner is super accommodating. I've gotten a full set of tires on my car in the past and so has my husband. Early this week I got a flat and called him to see if he could replace it. He ordered the tire got it that day and everything went smoothly. I won't go anywhere else for tires. I had gone to other places before for estimates and they wanted an arm an a leg for tires. So when I went here the tires were extremely reasonable! I highly recommend.”

“Woke up to a dead battery before we tried traveling for 12+ hours. We had to jump off our car to get it to a shop. We went to a car parts store, where I was told that they could do it at first but said no after waiting 40 minutes. Then we went to this Autozone, and a good fellow named Edward helped me out and was able to replace it in less than 10 minutes. The staff was amazing and helpful. Great place.”

“Check your expectations - this is not a walk in layman customer friendly place. This is mostly a parts distributor for professional mechanics that are kind enough to sell to individuals. Do not expect it to be anything like walking into an AutoZone or Pep boys - different kind of place completely. I was shocked when they were able to get me some pretty obscure parts for a 50 year old Porsche within 12 hours. I'm completely satisfied with this business.”
