“I took a ride to this body shop to see if they could helped me with my corrosion around my hinges on my Jeep Wrangler. I met The Body Shop manager he came out and took all the pics. And he submitted it to FCA for approval. This is a known issue on the The jeep wranglers i've been 2 other Dealerships. They didn't seem to have any Interest in helping me even though one dealerships is where I purchase the vehicle And this issue is covered under factory warranty. I'm hoping they get a call shortly to bring my vehicle in and have a fixed. I'll update my review when this happens.”

“I had called Whaling City, and spoke with Asa Zorn. The inside of my car was a bit brown and I did not want to damage the white leather, since I had purchased the Simoniz GlassCoat Warranty when I purchased my car I called Whaling City and they told me to bring the car in a few days later. Asa Zorn and Dave were amazing at accommodating this last minute request, the coat was reapplied to the inside of the car and it ended up looking like the day I had purchased the car. I extremely recommend this product and Asa's team, specially Dave who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.”

“Brittany is amazing! She was very sweet, fast and knew just what to do. Our car needed a new battery, so we first took it to Waterford Walmart and we had a horrible experience with them. They are lazy and uneducated. Their loss!!! My husband and I are so glad we've decided to stop at the New London Autozone instead of going back to deal with Walmart. There was some corrosion on our battery and the clamps and the Auto Care at Walmart told us they couldn't get the clamp off to install a new battery and they didn't have the right tools. Well, Brittany took care of it and it took her much less time than Walmart said it would take. They tried saying it would take 30-45 mins but it took Brittany about 15 mins, and cost us less too. WE WILL MAKE SURE TO DEAL WITH AUTOZONE IN NEW LONDON FROM NOW ON!!! :)”

Mike immediately knew what to do, and was able to remove all traces of the problem areas - in a matter of minutes - and at no cost. “I needed to service my vehicle for a cracked starter plate. The job required the removal of the transmission to repair the part. I was quoted a price for the repair and a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop. The part had to be ordered which luckily came in earlier than excepted so the turn around time was quick that I never really needed the loaner. The price I paid is what was quoted and my vehicle is back running great. Thank you Secor for fixing my car and the quick turnaround!”

“I had a very good experience with the Advanced auto parts store in New London Connecticut. I had only nine minutes to purchase a battery charger before AutoZone closed. I went to the store and an employee locked the door as she saw me approaching the door. She walked away and would not Even look at me as I knocked on the door. Knowing that I did not have much time, I drove quickly to the Advanced Auto Parts Store that was nearby. The store employee happily greeted me. He said that his registers would shut down in two minutes at 9 PM. I grabbed a battery charger and he quickly rang it up for me. He was so polite and helpful with such a short amount of time to make my choice of charger. I now shop at Advanced Auto and no longer go to the AutoZone that I have been going to for years.”
