I was just there trying to return an alternator for my dad's car thay was bought at another advanced auto parts location and the manager called Mike was very rude. Every time we go in to purchase an item the manager always claims that there's no wifi in the store so you have to look up the item for him on your personal phone. He's disrespectful always has a no for anything regarding a return or even a purchase. He shouldn't be a manager. This isn't my first time either it's been the 4th time.

OMG, what saviors!! They were able to match our parts, know what we were talking about, and give advice. When they did not know, they admitted it, and told us to call so and so. Excellent service! 1000x than Autozone.

FYI you can drop off packages for ups as long as they already have the shipping label. Besides that I’ve never needed to come into this store but it seems to have a lot of auto parts here.

Staff has no clue on how to read because not once or twice but 3 times gives the wrong part , customer waited 3 hours longer than it should have taken . Thank you for losing a good customer cause of advance auto go to Napa and save money and headaches

It's better to order online so you can get the extra discount. And just go to the store and pick it up if your computer savvy. If it doesn't work for you the just simply go to the store and they will be happy to look up your part and provide you with the best customer service possible.

Great Team and Great Service. Extremely knowledgeable team members helped me out when Autozone could not. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would like to give a big shout out to the store manager Miguel for installing the battery in my car like a Pro, in less than 10 minutes had me back on the road. Thanks a lot.
