Good work with accountability and pricing; just takes way too long to be completed. Time is wasted due to the high backlog of inventories and time difference between ordering parts and for parts company to deliver.

Just plain bad. I brought my wifes car to get her cat replaced the job was done but i was left with a very anoying exhaust leak. So i mentioned it to them and they ask me to bring it back. No problem i brought it back and after they were done they told me that is leaking from the weld that they did and that the guy did his best to fix it but it still leaks a little and to fix it completely "i will have to take it back down and do it all over and i just dont want to do that". By far this is the most unprofessional thing ever said to me by a shop. About a week after they asked me how was the car doing? So i told them that it was the same they said "oh". He didnt even offer him self to fix it or anything. After that they were mentioned twice more about it and till this date still nothing. What im trying to say here is that there are better places with better prices and better custumer service around here in the New britain area; Rositos welding, Jans automitive just to mention a few so save yourself the headace that i still have and go somewhere else.
