Switched from cvs on west main to this place and let me tell you.. the staff is so friendly, they pick up the phone quickly and dont rush you. The delivery is so convenient. Thank you Arch street pharmacy!

Had a package dropped off since this location is a UPS access point. Hours are listed as closing at 6 pm on weekdays. I arrived at 450 pm on Friday to pick up my package and was told that they are closed. The employees were standing around already with coats on waiting for 5 pm to close the store. They shut off the lights as I was walking in which had me confused since it's supposed to close at 6. They said that they were closed and I asked what time they close and they said 5. I said it's 450 and hours are listed as closing at 6 not 5. They said that they close at 5 and to come Saturday after 9 am. As I was walking out one of the employees mumbled something and the 3 of them laughed. Very unprofessional location and if they close at 5 then why were they already closed at 450 with coats on waiting for 5. Which imo means that they closed at 430 due to having worked in retail myself and knowing that the register has to be balanced and counted before leaving store. So they closed way before I arrived to have everything done and already with coats on and purses in hand 10 min prior to 5.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever had to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacist knows me by name and is very understanding of my medical needs. I get my meds delivered and the delivery people are very kind and patient. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The best service is Arch Street Pharmacy.
