Promptly repaired my power adapter two months ago and it's working like new. They came to pick up my laptop and then dropped it off within two days working around my schedule, no problems. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Even answered a question I had about one of my kid's laptops that I'm unfamiliar with. Very satisfied and will be using them again in should the need arise.
