Not only on this frigid Sunday did they show up off schedule to fill us up, because a different company that my wife ordered through never showed up. They got here quick and got us warm again. A driver was on his cellphone texting on the highway. He was swerving and almost hit me and other vehicles. I called and asked to speak to someone in management, a man named Tom answered and said that I can’t speak to a manager and that I can talk to him. I asked him if he was management and he said no and then refused to give me the name of a manager. He sounded drunk!When I said that i would rather place a serious complaint to someone in management, he continued to refuse and then hung up.Very irresponsible staff!!

I have been using city oil for close to three years now for all of our equipment and trucks Fueling needs. They are always quick with deliveries especially if we run heavy one week and are low on fuel they always have a truck there if I call and let the owners know. Being a smaller outfit it truly speaks volume and customer service knowing that they are willing to help guys like me to stay moving forward! Thankyou Sal !
