ABSOLUTELY!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THE WORKERS THERE ARE CORRUPT AND INCOMPETENT. THEY TRIED TO COVINCE ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT THRU CASH APP AFTER THEY MADE A MISTAKE SUPPOSEDLY AND COULDN'T EXCEPT A CARD PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE THEY JUST ACTIVATED. THE LOCATION IS HORRIBLE AND I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE THERE AGAIN. I GAVE 1 STAR AND THAT SCORE IS TOO GOOD FOR THIS STORE!!!

This people are crooks. They mess up with my old phone number. They transferred my number to a tablet without my consent. And then they make get a new number and charge me for a new number, new sim card and also when I check my account it said that they gave me a free phone, the moto g play when that is not true. They left me with the same moto g play 2021. I contacted customer service they told me that they was going to return all the money that I pay for my old phone number bill before you guys transferred to a tablet plus all the money that I pay for a new number and sim card. And I'm still waiting.

New customer. I purchased Moto G Pure phone 7/72023. The following day the phone freezes. I have to restart the phone several times a day in order to use phone. I took the phone back to the store to look at phone. After leaving the store phone continues to freeze multiple times per day.I use my phone mostly for talking and texting.What now? I've had this phone barely on month and it's useless.

Oscar helped me switch to a new phone.I’ve been avoiding getting a new phone because the switchover process is difficult to the point of impossibility for me.He was able to overcome all the glitches and obstacles.His competence makes this store worth specifically going to.

Not sure how to rate it. One time I was there to pay the bill person working there didn't even answer the "How are you?" question. Place shows as open for business but when I went by few weeks ago it looked as they have moved. Cricket still says they're in business, but they don't even answer their phone. So I have no clue.
