Pharmacy is horrible. They did not sink my medications. They told me that my prescription was not available to fill a script. Meanwhile my Dr said they were wrong.

Currently standing outside the drive thru with a SICK baby (I dont drive) couldnt go inside thru the pharmacy door because of all the work they are doing. Let's keep in mind it was only myself and ONE person in front of me, It was 1 min before their lunch...AS SOON as the lady pulled off, the guy at the window shut its quick and closed the blinds. Now I understand they have there lunch but come on, I'm with a baby, outside and NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME, oh and I got the call it was ready so it would have taken LITERALLY 1 min to give me my babies meds. But seems their lunch is so important. Like when grocery store workers go on break we don't SHUT DOWN the dam store. We alternative our breaks. Well they should do that to. Its absolutely ridiculous that they have to shut down the whole store to take a dam break. Its 2024 do better man. People dont have time to be standing outside like this. Especially when this customer right here (me) would have taken literally 2 seconds!!! There is literally an entire line behind me. INSANE!!!! They shouldn't be allowed to do this!!!!

Pharmacy manager will lie to your face even when confronted with video proof check your medication, if it’s doubled up because they will charge you for medication they never provide. Then lie when confronted.

This place sux!!! Went to get a prescription for my broken toe, and they refused to fill it because they were “closing in 15 minutes.” It’s probably my fault for expecting decent service from any place anymore. I’m confused cuz if you’re in the healthcare field.. shouldn’t patient care be top priority? I guess not here. I will never spend a nickel in this place again. Terrible. And it’s always dirty in there, anyway. Plenty other places to go.. don’t need you, cvs!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. You can never reach the pharmacy by phone. They literally just leave you on hold. I don’t know how they’re still open.

I used to like cvs and always put 5 but this time my rate is 1 some are gd people but some are very bad at putting the right amount on your scrip and then they tell you to get your meds somewhere else when you tell them the truth and the bottle you gave them it's not the one you had they switched it to make them self look gd

CVS, keep up the good work! Keep ignoring your customers and treating them bad, see how long you can keep it up. You people may end up closing your doors. It may not be now, but it will eventually happen. Horrible service!

I went to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription and the tech, Hector, was super rude. He didn't greet me at all he nodded his head and when he asked my name he continued to cut me off when helping with spelling. I don't recommend this pharmacy if you expect quality customer service.
