Parking lot very dirty. Store disorganized. Shelves empty of product.Lady at cash register very nice and helpful. My visit was at 700 Arch St New Britain CT @ 3pm on a Saturday. January 10th 2026.

I can't believe the employees can't talk Spanish to the Spanish costumer cause of the boss, if he or she can't speak it they should go take class an learn just like us. But the employees are very nice
