I love his store. It's reasonably priced and convenient for me to walk to.

It is small but has a lot of variety compared to other similar ones.
Everything looks very close together, but they are very friendly when serving customers.
Disposable products run out very quickly compared to others.
Some products are out of place, I picked up some things in the 1.25 section but at the checkout the prices were different.

First and only time I've ever gone here, I was charged for close to $30.00 for product I didn't receive. I was told it was an error and would clear up by next day. Well it's been 2 days and I am still being charged for product I don't have. I tried calling but the phone rang until someone picked up and hung up the phone and now the phone is just busy now. I would like to solve this issue and get my money back. I'm gonna have to try and call back later.

Horrible customer service tonight 9/24/24 I went to dollar tree in New Britain and the cashier was extremely rude to a older gentleman in line before me because he had change to pay with it wasn’t even 3$ total and she was trying to refuse his payment and asking him “don’t you have dollars” with a stank ass attitude what if that’s all he had all he was trying to do was pay his change portion I’m so disgusted it was 6:50 pm

Where it makes sense to tell me I can only do a return when a manger is in? But yet have a certain amount of time to return things. Terrible

Short changed cashier rang up my item.receipt stated that I submitted 100 dollars and received 98.67 in change.When in fact item came to 1.33.gave cashier 1.50.and received 2 pennies back.Something seemed real shady there.
