I have a oil change, which was good. I asked kindly if they could check the control arm to make sure they were brand new. He said no they just replaced the ball joints. Come to find out the control arm were brand new and he lied to me to try to get me to get service done.

Overcharged me for a bunch of unnecessary things because they felt they could get one over on a girl that doesn’t know much about cars. Step father came back and got about 500$ refunded out of about $1,000 bill They changed my serpentine belt (it was a new serpentine belt btw) claiming it was “glazed” and could cause squeaking.. it never squeaked before and now it doesn’t stop!! I went back to fix it and it still is squeaking.. they also gave me a “new windshield wiper” and the old one works better than the one they gave me cause it literally broke 2 days later 🙃. They claimed to check my battery, which was one of the things I said to check and said they may have missed a nail sticking out battery because their guys are looking just at the computers….ok.. and I asked for the old parts back and they claimed they need the parts for the manufacture but when we came back he said he pulled the serpentine belt out the trash just to show us 🤦🏽♀️. Honestly they have corrected some issues in my car but I would not come back after this experience.

My wife needed the CT Emission test done and the first time she was told that the technician could not find any readings (?) and that she should go to a Ford dealer which she did and there they told her that there was nothing wrong with the car and that she would pass. She went back on Veteran's Day when most people work but no one was there to do that particular job. She went back next day and was told he same story that "they could not find any readings". She then went later to a different place in New Britain and the car passed the test. So much for making her wasting time and fuel.

Because this is of importance to me, I live in Bloomfield, but have always been treated badly by one of their employees. I found it necessary to go all the way to New Britain, where making an appt on line was easy, and I was treated with respect unlike Bloomfield, where one of their employees seems to take a dislike to elderly females. Yes, I would return to this facility.

I did the math, it was about $300 for all the work they did so I did not have to, totally worth it. They were nice, efficient, and flexible. I've been their multiple times and always break down the receipts they give me based on parts and labor they always change me a fair price when i consider trying to do the work myself with the cost of parts and the amount of time it would take me to do it on my own

Needed a tire patched, they had me in and out and back on the road in about 30 mins, and the price was great!! Customer service was superb, just as overall great experience.

They literally can’t do anything right. Always scamming people and recently find out that they put in my car battery the wrong way, A CAR BATTERY!!! These guys are the definition of morons.

Literally top notch customer service. Came in for a full tire change. Car was taken in on time! They noticed that I needed my break fluid flushed and I couldn’t afford to tac it on at the moment. I told them I’d be seeing my personal mechanic tomorrow anyway. They told me it’s a safety concern for them and they’d do it for free. Take your service here!!
