I was greeted in a friendly manner and my questions were handled to my complete satisfaction. My appointment for service was handled very efficiently and I was kept informed of progress and issues. My service advisor, Kerrie, was very attentive to any questions and was highly competent and knowledgeable. My appointment went quickly even though I had a last minute item that needed attention. I was very pleased with my entire experience.

Had a very good experience buying my truck here. Jose, Ty and Jaime were very professional. None of them made me feel pressured into buying the truck or any extra services or products. All of my concerns and questions were answered. They really went above and beyond for what they offered on the truck. Jaime was able to offer me a good trade in value for my truck I was trading in. Overall, can’t complain about a single thing.

My old 2006 junker was on the fritz and I needed a safe reliable car fast. I had an excellent experience buying my used Ford Escape from Amanda. She helped me through the overwhelming process of choosing a vehicle and even spent time going through all the new technology inside these newer vehicles because it was all new to me!! They were patient as I shopped around and did my research and when I’d finally made my decision Ty in the finance department went above and beyond to help find me the absolute best rate that worked with my finances. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Jamie assured me of the care the company takes to ensure a used car is ready for a second long life with a new owner and Andrea informed me in detail of the differences between Volkswagen vehicles as she has trusted and driven them for many years herself. I will certainly be coming back to this trustworthy team for all my car buying needs in the future! Thanks guys!!!

Awesome experience, Jose was great. The way he greeted me once I entered and made me feel welcome and right alway had me feel comfortable and offered bottled water. The truck I wanted was sold but Jose made me feel like the GMC Canyon Denali was for me. I will recommend 100% Jose Muniz he is bilingual and has your back if you feel like you need time. Does not pressure you to take decisions right away.

How disappointing today with this company!! I followed protocol, everything on my end was complete. All I needed was a diagnose and it wasn’t done, I honestly believe that they didn’t even take the time to try. If the front desk customer representative would have shown some compassion or at-least apologized for the inconvenience, I would have definitely kept my business with them.I reached out to the manager and I’m still waiting on his call….Things can always be worked out, but someone has to try…

I just bought a certified pre-owned terrain after the transmission on my Ford escape went unexpectedly and I needed a car asap. Jose was fantastic at helping me find something I was interested in that met all of my needs and was affordable for me. He was patient and not pushy at all, listened to what my concerns were, and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision. I never felt rushed or pressured through the process. Ty in the finance department was also extremely helpful in finding the best options for us to keep the price where we wanted and worked to get us the best deal. I highly recommend Gallagher!

This place is Amazing. They worked with me with trading in my car and getting me into the perfect GMC. Being a female they didn't push me in buying something way out of my price range. I was debating on two different vehicles, I was able to test drive both and took the weekend to think things over. They also listened to what I wanted. I am now a new owner of a wonderful GMC. We were very pleased with the experience, Jose, Jaime, Fred and Ty went above and beyond to make our purchase and transaction smooth as possible. They were very patient and understanding of our needs and requests and they fulfilled all of our expectations. We highly recommend Gallagher Buick and their staff. I bought a certified pre-owned Terrain from there in 2021. It has a 100k power train warranty. I broke down on the road and was going to bring it to them. They told me they couldn't look at it until the 21st. Do you not take into consideration that emergencies happen? I'm not trying to schedule an oil change. I can understand if it takes them a day or 2 to look at it. But 3 weeks is ridiculous. I would steer clear of buy anything from this dealer.

Worst car buying experience of my life. We bought a used car and here are instances with the used car sales manager (manager also included the owner of the dealership in some of these instances):We had the car looked at by our own mechanic. There was debris buildup on the coolant lines and the used car manager told me he won’t fix it.I told him we had a trade-in and he told us “you probably won’t like the number I’m going to give you.”He told us the etching and catalytic converter protection (which you have to pay for due to their inability to protect their own inventory) charges will be taken off by the business manager. They were insistent on keeping it even when it’s something they OFFER, and it’s not mandatory. Fine print says you need theft insurance on your car for them to cover the catalytic converter if stolen, so it’s a just an extra charge. We asked for the price to be dropped on what we were paying for the car by $299 (the cost of the protection plan) and it was a hard “no!”They had to replace the lane change sensor in the seat and without any communication from the manager telling us it was fixed and ready, he tells us we need to get the car off his lot by the next day or they are pulling the deal.Came away feeling like we were lucky to be buying a car from them and whatever we needed was an inconvenience.On a positive note, our sales rep Bri, and the business manager, Ty, were lovely to work with.

I've had the same mechanic for over 30 years so trusting a new mechanic to deal with my car was stressful Gallagher made it a little easy talking to the other customers in the waiting room. My only problem is not really seeing the part that was repaired on my car when I asked I was told that it was already in the trash dropped my car off at 7:00 a.m. by 9:00 a.m. 9:30ish my car was finished so quick friendly service was okay just a little stressed not being able to see what was actually removed replaced but my windshield wipers are working. I think when you spend over $600 on a part you should be able to see what it is.
