Had some issues with an order. Talked to one of their employees, guy named Riley, and he gave me all the info I needed. Better customer service than other locations I’ve been to for sure.

I have been there twice to purchase a game. Both times I called ahead to check if they had it in stock. When I arrived, one time they had it, the other time they did not. I guess you could call this place a roll of the dice on whether it will be good or not.
