Hair City Inc. is a store with a substantial selection of everything needed for hair care and styling. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, with some staff described as awesome. However, customer service is inconsistent; some workers are nice while others seem indifferent or are not readily available throughout the store. Assistance sometimes requires going to the front. Items can be a bit pricey, but the store reliably has what customers need.
The store itself is nice, however small with limited selection and very expensive. I bought a few things that I was looking for but not interested in returning.

asian owner was rude and dismissive to a question I had on a product and was more occupied with his cellphone. The other associates were pleasant.
