Thank God for James Beyer who helped me navigate this circus and cut to the chase on every phone call that needed to be made so that I can have the benefits I am entitled to. “Wow.... talk about "membership having benefits.....". This AAA office is the epitome of that statement! Made a reservation online to renew my driver's license (super simple, plenty of available dates/times), showed up 20 minutes early and was greeted by Patrick who very polite and welcoming.
