If I can give zero stars I would. Please never go here got brake pads and rotors done and my whole steering wheel was shaking tremendously very scary ,the whole car was given the death wobble . Remind you before I went there it wasnt shaking and my brakes was pretty bad. They tighten my lug nuts so tight I needed a hammer to take off and all my lug nuts are stripped because of them .causing the wheel adapter that hold the tire/rim in place is broken.. THEY PURPOSELY BREAK THINGS TO MAKE YOU COME BACK SO THEY CAN GET PAID. WHEN I GOT A OIL CHANGE A FEW MONTHS AGO VALVOLINE TOLD ME THAT THE BOLT TO DRAIN THE OIL OUT WAS LOOSE CAUSING ME TO LOSE OIL AND ALMOST HAVING A BLOWN ENGINE. JAYS AUTO ARE PATHETIC PLEASE STAY AWAY ,THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE IM A FIRM WITNESS !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

One of the best mechanics I had the pleasure of working on my vehicles works on all four of my vehicles. if there's a problem, it's been fixed immediately. if he made a problem, he rectified the situation immediately. I also appreciate him looking at a problem that was caused by somebody else and was rectified immediately. top notch mechanics

I got my Radiator replaced and I feel such a relief! They were Efficient, Friendly Easy to deal with! Lady in the front desk is super sweet. The guys are all nice. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend to anyone that needs their cars fixed! 😊

Front desk little girl is rude and needs to take a customer service class and or classes she rolled her eyes so much I thought They were gonna roll in the back of her head! Quote that I was given was off. It was clear they wanted to make extra money It stated I needed extra services that I did not and I told them I will be going somewhere else. Little girl said I won’t find anyone to do the job in the same day. Literally went down the street to Meineke in New Britain and got it done for $200 in less than 2 hours at that and got exactly what I needed done instead of the extra services they put on my quote paper!! Don’t trust this business R U N !
